Elmosoft
The Deichman Library in Oslo is a true architectural gem designed by Lund Hagem, who won the commission in 2009. The challenge for the architects was to create a place and destination where visitors and book lovers could witness and experience everything that a modern library entails. The result is an open and inviting building with new discoveries waiting around every corner.
The interior is characterized by spacious areas for the public, flooded with ample natural light from all directions. Bookshelves and furniture are creatively used to define separate rooms and study spaces. Elmosoft has been chosen to fashion comfortable, durable, and elegant indoor environments, adorning everything from welcoming sofas to seating arrangements and workplace dividers.
